Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at A3A Enterprise. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer multiple shipping tiers depending on your location and preference:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within [e.g., 5-7] business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within [e.g., 2-3] business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, extreme weather, or customs processing for international orders.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours.

You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email or by logging into your customer dashboard on our store.

4. International Shipping (Including European Union)

We proudly ship our products worldwide.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: A3A Enterprise is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

  • EU Delivery: For shipments to the European Union, standard transit times may vary between [e.g., 7-14] business days depending on local postal services and customs clearance.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

A3A Enterprise is committed to ensuring your products arrive in perfect condition.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and send us a clear photo of the damaged items along with your order number to our support email so we can process a replacement or refund immediately.

6. Wrong Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.
