Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date your tracking status shows as "Delivered" to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all original tags, seals, or labels still intact.

  • You must provide the order number or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or Used Goods: Any item that shows signs of use or has broken original seals cannot be accepted due to safety and restocking standards.

  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Items made to specific customer specifications or custom branding cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Clearance / Flash Sale Items: Items purchased from a marked clearance, closeout, or end-of-season sale section are final sale.

3. How to Start a Return

We make the return process simple and self-serve:

  1. Log into your customer account on our store using the email address associated with your order.

  2. Go to your order history, select the eligible order, and click Request Return.

  3. Select the items you wish to return and submit the request.

  4. Alternatively, you can contact our support team directly via email with your order number.

Please wait for our team to review and approve your return request before shipping items back to our fulfillment center.

4. Return Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return package arrives and is inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email notification confirming its arrival and approval status.

  • Approved Returns: If the items meet our eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card issuer, as processing times vary across financial institutions before a refund officially posts.
